GIUSTIZIA E DINTORNI

Dear readers
E ricordate la presenza, nel programma del già citato conduttore, del signor Luigi De Magistris (photo), who had trained a practice that touched even Prime Minister Romano Prodi and Justice Minister Clemente Mastella ? Palsy precisely the same De Magistris challenged by the Council of the Judiciary to conduct the investigation, and moved to place and activity.
Cara Judiciary, the same as that sinks in the Naples waste finds nothing better to do than to educate yet another practice against Berlusconi.

Finally, here is the prosecutor in Santa Maria Capua Vetere investigating a beautiful investigation into the Minister Mastella, his wife and his party, with much of the usual telephone interccetazioni that rages on the usual newspapers. And okay, not the prosecutor the right to instruct an investigation?, Ask my 25 readers. And here comes the fun part.

Why in the last few days, two prominent views foreshadow doubts about how the action was carried out.

The first, to Gerardo D'Ambrosio, a former pm "Clean Hands", which glosses in no uncertain terms: "'a serious matter that a court retains a measure for three months and then that it lacked jurisdiction to issue a precautionary measure. But how?

hell broke loose! Do not want to get accurate exterior Saverio Borrelli, according to which "The '92 is never finished, the weather is always the same" and also "The reactions of the political class are in conflict with the principle that all are equal before the law "(read more ).

Too bad this time to make such allegations is not Berlusconi, nor the Minister of Justice, nor any politician. This time they are two eminent judges, people who knows the law. But the range to explain to Mr. Borrelli.
